But again, you know, you go back to it.

It's like, OK, well, why do you do that?

Well, you know, I think if you're you're Brett Veach's strategy, I think part of it worked, which was obviously, hey, your plan trying to get Super Bowls in 23 and 24.

He definitely helped you get there.

Maybe it was not as big of a piece as he has been, but he helped you win one and get to another.

I mean, and that's exactly what they did with Joe Tooney.

I mean, they moved on from Joe Tooney, even though they could have given him a third contract, but they wanted to go ahead and get younger and cheaper, so they go with Kingsley.

I don't think it was necessarily a bad decision.

I mean, I think it's what they have to do.

It was half right.

And they'd have the number 10 pick.

And that's another minor part of the Chris Jones deal.

And I'm not justifying saying that this is like a $45 million reason to give it and everything.

But had the team, I think, walked on Chris Jones...

I think that would have – that would have – more shockwaves through that locker room than it would have been with like – than it was with Trent McDuffie.

Because I think that the players on this team truly feel like, hey, you know, this was a little bit of, you know, hey, best for the team, best for the player.

Because they knew that, hey, Trent wants to get paid.

He wants to go home to L.A., all of these things.

So I don't think there was any hostility either way on that one.
