I mean, there was a phrase he kept using, sticking plaster politics, which I never felt I understood what he meant, the idea that you don't want these quick fixes, but it never really conveyed the magnitude of the job at hand.
He also said he wanted to mainline AI into the veins of the UK.
He also talks about fundamentally rewiring the British state.
