No one made you spend the extra $12 million.
You chose to do it.
So while I'm not saying that it's ridiculous, you didn't have to spend it, right?
So now they're going to go to Congress, and Congress is ultimately going to decide.
But what's interesting is, all right, let's say you're a senator from Kentucky.
Let's say you're Ray and Paul.
Kentucky's over here going, no.
Louisville's over here going, yes.
Well, what do you do?
Let's say you're a senator from Washington.
Washington's in the Big Ten.
But Washington State can't find a conference.
So what do you do?
You know, I don't know the answer because for a lot of these states, there are two schools and they're in two dramatically different positions.
So I don't really know what's going on.
And then you have the whole Republican.
So one of the things I wrote was when you're thinking about college sports legislation, there's a lot of variables.
Republican, Democrat, big school, small school, right?
Athletes that make a lot of money versus Olympic athletes, right?
It's not easy to figure out how you put all those things together, right?
