Yeah, definitely.

And again, it doesn't have to be solely one race or anything.

It just has to be definitely a generational gap has to be looked at as well because the people that are making the decisions and the language that is used and the terminology that is used probably use this language in their younger lifetime.

So they can't understand how offensive it can be to people of colour.

So for me, the diversity is key in all walks of football.

I think in regards to the campaign, because like you said, we wait to the next incident for it to kind of raise awareness.

But I think if the campaign is continued throughout the season, it actively highlights the movement.

As I said, the longer, obviously, that goes on, the more people become aware, the people talk about education.

But for me, there's a generation of people that

I'm not going to be educated by this.

They're ignorant to the fact that there is diversity now in all walks of life.

I think that the education part comes with the younger people.

The younger generation of people, we've got time to kind of educate them and make them aware that there is going to be diversity throughout life.

So just kind of eradicate all forms of discrimination.

But in terms of the people that are actually performing these hate crimes, I think the consequences of their actions need to far outweigh what they're doing.

I think it's one thing to be racist, but if the consequences are so severe, that might scare you into not making that decision to be racist.

Yeah, definitely.

I think everything, not just players, I think everything, the media outlets, us at Sky in the industry, I think everyone needs to have this conversation.

It's not going to be comfortable for everyone, but there's not going to be change if it is comfortable.

I think if anyone kind of comes numb to the fact that this conversation is going to happen, and as you said, in three weeks' time it dies down, we will just go back to the same old system.
