I don't think it's not been happening, I think.

I just don't think it's been documented like the case of Mark McCammer, I've mentioned before.

What he went through at Chillingham was ridiculous.

He actually won a case against the club because he was sacked.

due to him being victimized due to his color.

And this was in 2012.

This wasn't back in the day.

This was recently.

So the fact that we're saying it was okay, I don't think that's the case.

I just think it hasn't been documented.

Or when it does happen, it's not classed as the same, depending on the profile of the individual.

Like what happened to Jonathan Leko was disgraceful.

But if that had happened to, say, Paul Pogba,

the outcome would be so more documented.

We'd be so more aware of it.

So I think we need to create a platform that every player of color and every victim to racism feels they've got the support from every governing body.

It was definitely worse younger, at a younger age.
