The person who ran that meeting was actually really militant and very strict.
And he saw me...
And he saw and he could tell.
I did share that first meeting.
And it was so embarrassing.
I felt like, what am I doing here?
And I just said exactly where I'd got to.
I was drinking two times a day.
And I was about to lose everything.
Because I do think I'd got to a point where Lucy never gave me an ultimatum, but it was pretty much there.
It was like, I just can't do this anymore.
And so I felt like I was on the verge of losing everything.
And the guy who ran the meeting said,
I need you to do something for me.
We don't have a greeter.
So we need someone who comes every week just to like, if there's anybody outside, just to say hello and make sure anybody who hasn't, you know, is sort of not sure about coming in, just go and say, do you want to come in?
You know?
And I was like, oh God.
It's like the worst thing.
Is that the first meeting?
