They have had... I don't know how long it's been, but their motto is, if you see something, say something. And it... It stems from a lot of crime that was happening at a specific time, and it essentially was caused by the bystander effect. Nobody was reporting anything. And they really started pushing that. And to my understanding, it did help. Yeah. But I just I don't know.

Maybe it's because it was a rural community where there were already drug issues and people weren't trusting of each other. I can't really imagine. I mean, I see a car on the side of the road with just the white towel in it. And I check, like, I look out my window to see, like, is there a person inside of that car?

Like, just because if I saw a car in a ditch with its blinkers on empty, I'd be like, hey, I'm going to call somebody about that. That doesn't look right. Yeah. Why did people not have that thought? And the other weird thing, with Maura Murray, they did. Yeah. That's the other thing that really messes with my head here.

Why in this specific case do you have multiple people pass by that car and say nothing? Maura Murray, multiple people stop. Now it's weird that the, you know... the person who is described as being outside of that car. When they asked witnesses, they were like, they showed them picture of our Marie and they were like, that's not who I saw. That's weird. I'm going to look into that for sure. But.

Well, at that time, there definitely was, especially in that area. I don't know if the area that Maura Murray was in had such a prevalent drug problem, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Yeah, but I mean, I wouldn't be surprised that if in Brianna's area, a lot of the people had essentially the mentality of let sleeping dogs lie, because if that is drug-related, you don't want to get mixed up in that. Yeah. So that does make sense in my mind.

Yeah. I just think, you know, especially... Especially in cases with missing women, too. I think there is a tendency when it's a man to just assume something bad already happened. What I don't understand is when you have a woman, there should be more attention paid.
