Nobody was going to watch the video.
So if I bought 2,500 views for it, no one's going to care.
It's not going to matter anything.
What I was more interested in understanding is what happens when you do purchase views.
How does that affect your analytics?
And I've got my analytics pulled up.
on my phone right now.
And my newest video that I have out has an average view duration of six minutes and 13 seconds, which is extremely important for YouTube.
The more that a person sticks with a video, the more that,
YouTube pushes that video, the more it gets sent out to more people and recommendations.
Obviously, your monetization rate per thousand views goes up because people are sticking with the platform for a longer period of time.
So that's actually pretty good.
Now, the views on that particular video isn't very high, but it's only been out for about a day.
So we should see some upticks on that
Over the next few days.
But if we then scroll down to the video that I did end up purchasing views for, again, as purely as an experiment, nobody was really watching it.

We'll call it... It's got about three times as many views as my newest video that's been out for a single day.
This has been out for over a month now.
And the average view duration, whereas...
