I think the flaw, the flaw in the argument there, is that if we look at the way that Goliath is described... Not only is he not part of a race of giants, he is one giant amongst the Philistines, which would imply that he's got some sort of special ancestry. But the Philistines themselves aren't giants. It's just Goliath.

When we look at Magellan's forces, what they found, well, they said that there were giants, but it was an entire race of them. We go back to Kandahar, and even though that story is almost certainly fictitious, it's one solitary giant that the people around his lair are aware of.

If we look at the Si Te Ka, which, of course, those who have seen the original video will probably know, they are not actually described as being giant by the natives. So that's a bit of an issue, but it plays into what I'm saying, which is that a lot of the accounts you're going to see online who are saying, you know, oh, they're hiding giants from us. The Smithsonian is hiding the giants.

If you look at the details of each individual discussion on what the giants are, they vary too much to be describing the same thing, which puts us in a position where there are either multiple different races of giants existing on the planet, or we're trying to conflate things that aren't actually connected. And I think the latter is more likely the case.

You know, I think the Bible is actually kind of interestingly unique in its description of Goliath as a giant because... It doesn't pretend to be anything else. And there's no external factors to argue with. And it's actually describing it as a giant. It's not somebody taking the mythology and expanding on it.

The Si Te Ka, as we know, the Native American stories about them describe them as being taller than average. But it doesn't... There's no sense that they are particularly huge. Goliath is particularly huge. Yeah. I, meanwhile, we look at the Patagonian giants who are probably closer to the sea take high in every possible way in that they're described as a race. They're in the Americas.

I, they are cannibals, um, or at least ostensibly cannibals because the rest of the people they ran into were, and yet they're described completely differently. The Patagonians are, you know, twice the height of a Spaniard, which depending on the size of a Spaniard is going to be anywhere from eight to 10 feet. Uh, The Sitaika are just tall.

Now, we do have Numuzoho, who is you're going to see if you watch the video, I make an argument for how Numuzoho and all of this connects to one one mix up in the archaeological record that kind of confused everybody on the Sitaika situation. But I Numuzoho is described as being huge and he's called the people pounder.

It's what his name means is the people pounder because he takes people and he pounds them in a mortar and pestle. But something that I noted as interesting about that story, as well as the Patagonian giant story, is that some of the things New Muzoho does don't make sense for a giant. Some of the things that the Patagonian giants do don't make sense for a giant.

We're told that these guys are twice the size of a normal man. We're told that Numizoho is large enough to pick a fully grown person up and grind them up in a mortar and pestle. That's huge. That is legitimately gigantic. And yet, we're also told that Numizoho enters a building built by Paiutes. And yet, we're told that the Patagonian giants were able to wear a pair of manacles made for a human.
