Dropped all charges.
So Art got a second chance.

And it was one of those things where we were a little devastated, but we didn't think he was who he was.
He said at this point, I'm going to get a book deal.
I'm the best in the world.
And we're like, okay, gotcha.
Sure, sure you are.
We thought it was all smoke, right?
Well, it turns out... I thought I had an ego, right?
So he went and his father had kind of been estranged from him for about 20 years.
His father was a con man, did a lot of checks, was a check hider back in the day.
And he was up in Alaska.
