Yes, let's do it.
All right, let's do it.
Okay, our first story takes place in Washington, D.C.
The subject is a guy, a 68-year-old guy.
His name's Jeffrey Young Bay.
Y-O-U-N-G dash B-E-Y.
And that B-E-Y suffix at the end of his name, we're going to talk about that after a few stories because it is significant.
Okay?
Jeffrey Young Bay.
But we'll call him Jeff.
Okay?
What Jeff did is he identified a property in Washington, D.C.
Probably not a good property, but it was owned free and clear by an elderly homeowner.
Okay?
So what he does is then he prepares a fraudulent property deed.
Now, a deed is a mechanism to, as you know, to transfer the ownership, the title of the property from one person to another, simply put.
And so he forges signatures of the true owners of the home on it.
He takes a fake notary stamp and notarizes it.
It makes it look perfect.
The deed looks legitimate.
