And that's how they keep track of who owns what plot of land.
And what he does is he transfers that property from these true homeowners to a fake corporation that he set up.

He applies for a large loan against the value of that home.
And he gets $360,000.

You know what he does with the money?
Spends it on hookers and blow?
Maybe they'll sponsor me.
Make up for that poker loss.
So then he finds another property in D.C., dilapidated house.
does it again, forges the names of the two owners using a fake notary stamp, records the deed, et cetera.
This time he goes out and gets a construction loan on the house with the idea that he's going to fix it up.
Lender gives him $500,000 against the value of that house.
You know what he did with that money?
