But then what he does is he flips the house and sells the home to a real estate investor, an unwitting real estate investor, for $42,000.
And that real estate investor must have thought he got the greatest deal in the world to get a property in Washington, D.C.
for $42,000.
So the real estate investor does what real estate investors do, and he goes out and starts renovating the home.
And then the homeowner is like, hi, guys, what are you doing here?
They come home.
They go to the property.
I don't know exactly if they were living there or not.
They see hardhat guys swinging hammers.
They're like, what are you doing?
They're like, we're renovating the home.
I'm like, well, this is my house.
Well, it's not your house.
It's our boss's house.
He's the real estate investor.
The whole thing unravels.
