And he did have a long playing career, you know, and did some work with the PA and did a little bit of work with an agency when he got done playing.

So, you know, he's got kind of this...

wide variety of experience.

And now it's like, he's more deserving of an interview for this job than, I mean, he didn't have to interview for his first job.

You know, that's, that's the big difference here is that, and it, look, he has a familiarity with Jim Rutherford too, which is worth mentioning.

Like he was playing for Carolina when Jim Rutherford was there.

And so Rutherford was a bit of a mentor to him.
