I really do hope he becomes a midfielder.

I just think the game continues to always change.

It evolves.

Things look different.

He moves really well.

I mean, sharp feet in the midfield are key.

But there are a lot of different midfielders these days.

A lot of different shapes and sizes.

He's a very, very good decision maker.

He looks calm and composed with the ball.

So you want to get him where that footy is as much as possible.

At the moment, he's playing a wing role for us and doing that really well.

And as we've experimented a little, we probably haven't quite seen as strong a game from him just at this point, but I've got no doubt he'll continue to grow.

You know, one of those ones where you don't like people talking to your own boys, you know, especially when guys are in contract.

When guys are coming out of contract, it's a really tough one.

You know, you still want them to perform, and we've got a couple that are in that boat.

You want them to perform, and so you want to really work with them about, you know, build belief for them, let them know what you love about them.

At the same time, you know, they might be looking elsewhere.
