It's tough, but it's part of the game.

You know, we brought in free agency for that reason.

I think it's added to the game.

We've seen what's happened in the States and the way things work over there.

It's a very different environment to what we have.

Everyone has a complete understanding.

It's just how it works.

I think the art of it is, as a coaching group or a coach, is to actually embrace that that's how things operate and how can you have your player still perform at the level for that remaining, whether it's 10 rounds or whatever that is.

But again, it's famous last word, boys and chill it.

Happens right in front of my eyes and then I get angry and frustrated and you guys come back and whack me for doing it.

That's exactly right.

Well, you don't.

All you do as you're playing through is, and this is full time, this is what we do, right?

You're trying to build an environment that's really attractive, that players want to come to, staff want to come to.

And there are clubs that we look at and we admire for the way they've been able to operate in this space.

And we're trying to get our club to that level.

you know, you build a new facility for your fans and your supporters and for exactly this reason.

You know, you want to be attractive.

You know you can help players take their game to another level and so you just do everything you possibly can for that.

But you never know until it actually happens because things can change quickly.
