and it became a kind of cool celeb really and became and to the extent you know there's a film that Peter Sellers is in in the 60s called I Love You Alice B. Toklas about a lawyer who drops out and takes drugs so she became almost like this kind of catacultural figure kind of by accident so it's kind of funny story but kind of serious as well I mean they were a serious couple a very important
Should we talk about Margate after that?
Because it's a great subject.
I mean, we were a bit resistant to start with because actually artists' favorite restaurant in London is St.
John and it doesn't have any art.
It's just white walls.
And artists don't always want to see an artwork by someone else in the restaurant, if you know what I mean.
And a lot of art in hospitality is like really bad art, honestly.
I mean, it's getting better.
I mean, I see here they've got some quite nice things.
And so House has always had a decent program, you know.
But generally, it's not real artists, if you like.
I'm a total art snob, you can tell.
So we're like, can we do this?
Like, the stuff we like is really expensive.
