And it's much more difficult, complicated and risky than you thought.
And but that's like anything, really.
I mean, every everything I've done has been like that still.
Yeah, we've been doing the magazine for, well, it was about 2000.
It was actually when Tate Modern opened.
In fact, we were going to do it to coincide with the opening of Tate Modern in 2000.
And we had a building and it fell through and we didn't do it.
But what we saw with Tate Modern opening was everyone came to London.
It was the first day that the whole art world came to London.
And people had been slightly poo-pooing the outfit.
They said, like, no one's going to come.
No one comes to London.
London's a backwater.
It all happens elsewhere.
And everyone came for the opening of Tate Modern.
And we just looked down at the crowd and we're like, okay, it could work.
Because people will come to London.
And it's only in 2000.
It's like really hard to imagine this now.
So that's when we really started working on it.
