Welcome back to an AMA episode of the Genius Life.
This is like, I think the third or the fourth, fourth, number four.
And today we're gonna kind of theme things a little bit.
I polled y'all on Instagram, my wonderful Instagram audience for questions related to brain health with the acknowledgement that I'm not a medical doctor.
I never misrepresent myself.
I don't play one on TV.
And none of what you are about to hear should be construed as medical advice.
I also tried to steer the questions mainly in the direction of my wheelhouse, which I would say is nutrition and lifestyle.
But of course, you know, we can get into some deeper cuts with regards to dementia prevention, of course, given the fact that it is the subject of three of my books and other work.
So yeah.
