That's home of the Kansas City Cardinals.
us to have a strong relationship and as much as i love politicians and bureaucrats and all of that i'm not sure if we need more so the deal we're going to try to strike with the royals and i think this has been discussed a lot of the way that they manage the team they take care of the things they keep up the parks nearby and uh you know we help facilitate the construction of a new baseball stadium so but is it conveyance like you have to pay for they yeah and is it is that part of the 600 million
It is, you know, the value of all of that is kind of part of what the development agreement is, but no, we won't pay for any part of it.
And they probably will pay the Hallmark something for it.

Same thing the state of Kansas did with Star Bonds, the same thing that I think North Kansas City and others were trying to pull out.
And so what we did was that, as we got more to spaces, the city of Kansas City has shared over recent weeks
and in times that, you know, the more we know about where it's going to be, the more we can build out a financial model that works with it.
