That way, if one person can't hear the instructions clearly, the other can... This is bullshit!
Then... Then we're implementing better soundproofing as well.
And the dual supervisor system means better odds of someone hearing correctly.
We're doing everything we can within our power...
But these emergencies, they don't follow our rules.
They don't care about our technology or our protocols.
The governor has assured me that federal researchers are working on understanding these events.
