We have to look at the union or employees, workers, as partners.
And so again, when we're deciding who gets what, if you view the union as a partner rather than as the enemy, I think we have a very different framework going forward.

Well, if you view the government, if you have these public-private partnerships with the government, why are you so hostile to the people that actually make it possible for your company to be productive?
So whether it's they're on the boards or you are genuinely working toward, so we're all rowing in the same direction, we don't have that now.

A lot of people will not admit, even now, a lot of the conversations that we are having are really about race and ethnicity.
They are not about anything else.

Well, even the Teamsters.
I mean, that was the one union that was more inclined to support the Republican Party than the Democratic Party.
And their membership looks very different than the service workers unions.
And so one of the things we're going we're going to have to stop doing is saying that.
