Like all of my work, I want to maintain this ability to jump around and dance and sing and DJ and do all the things, jump on a plane, fly over there, fly over here.
As you get older, it gets harder.
So that balance becomes more important.
So yeah, that's my focus.
I think over the next 10 to 20 years, it's still to do all the things that I love, but maybe watch the balance, watch the pace, so I can fully enjoy it and have less of the down days.
Because most of my down days are to do with being tired than anything else.
So I'm really bad at going on holiday.
It takes me ages to like wind down.
But I think the one shift, and it is, it's totally how we frame things in our minds.
The one thing, we've learned so much more about exercise and nutrition and wellness over the past 20 years that my rest days, I realize, are productive.
You know, without them, the other day is just, I ain't going to be on my A game unless I have a real relaxed day.
So I really like brought a new thing into my life, which is active recovery.
You know, just going for a walk, just chilling out and just enjoying those things in life.
You know, I think what is so good for your soul, I have a really cute dog.
We go for walks.
My daughter's amazing.
She's the best company.
We watch a movie.
We watch trash TV, you know.
We eat something that, you know, we've been dying to eat all week and haven't had the opportunity.
