deals with these things differently but like before a show maybe an hour before a show I just need quiet I don't need anybody in my face so just that you know peacefulness some quiet breathing I think obviously something which we've spoken about a lot more in the last kind of 15 years we've become aware of how powerful that can be so breathing techniques are good and nothing like crazy out there it's just really concentrating on your breath I think grounding for me as well is a thing
Because I have this thing where I'm such a physical person and my physicality can really dictate how I feel emotionally.
So if I'm tired, I feel down.
If I'm full of energy, I feel like I can take on the world.
And when I do feel tired, I can feel a little bit out of my own body.
So I'll always just try to like, really, if I'm sitting down, think about your body on a surface.
If you're standing, if you're walking, just to feel your feet in your shoes on the ground.
And it just kind of brings you back to that center.
And I find those techniques really helpful.
We love random.

I'm not ashamed of many things in my life.
But the car that I drive, I have to say, when I bought it, things were different in the world.
