No, absolutely.
But is there anything that you feel really helps a school that is so diverse?
And I guess they just feel like, oh, there's...
You know, that relates to me.
Absolutely.
I have a sense of belonging here.
I think in terms of the way that your brain actually can function when you're able to take on more than one language, it's hugely beneficial.
But also speaking in your home language at home can really benefit actually learning languages.
English or your literacy at school, right?
Absolutely.
Because you're picking up all of those words that if you're just learning a language, you might be at very basic level vocabulary, but in your home language, you have that much more rich exposure to those words.
In terms of literacy, structured literacy, as you mentioned earlier, is one of the changes that has been brought in.
A lot of schools were bringing it in in various stages before that.
How have you found that?
Has it been quite a big change for you?

What impact have you noticed?
And interesting that you say that it's been an ongoing process of review and as to, I guess, you know, how is this working?
