What does well look like?
Because
I think maybe for parents to understand that when you've got this big change that makes it, correct me if you disagree, but all the more important to kind of understand what's happening in the classroom so that you can best support that because with any changes, nothing's going to be perfect at the beginning, right?
And I guess I'm just reflecting on my previous comment, too, and don't want it to sound like, you know, it's like, oh, you have to keep on top of teachers or something to make sure it's going right.
It's more about...
being able to identify too if your child is having challenges so that you can have those conversations with teachers as well so that, you know, there's a, I guess, a well-rounded view of how your child is feeling about school and how they're progressing.

Some people might feel anxious about the pace of change that keeps getting talked about.

You're actually dealing with people who have their own lives and their own children and their own stresses and anxieties going on as well.
And if you don't manage them to deliver it well, then it doesn't matter if you're the first school that's implemented everything badly.
Is there anything else in terms of a message you would have for the community or for parents today?
Or a lesson perhaps that you have taken as a school leader in your communication style that could benefit others as well?
On the other end of the spectrum to that kind of angry parent,
