The nervous system has learned that when I touch my body, it's bad.

Therefore, when we try and do it later in life, it's like, oh, it's just not working or it's

It doesn't, I don't really enjoy it.

And it's like, wait, when we go a little bit deeper and understand where did that come from?

What, oh, well, when I was 17, when I was 16, I got caught.

It was bad.

Okay.

What story do we want to wire into the nervous system and into the body now?

What would you, okay, let's, okay.

Well, I think it depends where you catch them.

Like that's why I asked what age, because sometimes like toddlers and stuff are fiddling or touching and things like that.

And so if we're talking about that age, it's, I would say something like, sweetie, we don't do that out in the lounge.

If you want to go do that, you can go to your room and do that in private.

That's something that you do for yourself.

You want to go into your room and then take them into the room and

Maybe I say, no, no, I want it here, whatever.

But it's saying like, I'm not telling you all for doing that.

I'm not saying, why are you doing that?

It's just like, hey, this is something that you do in private.

And if you want to do that, then you do that in your room.
