I think it's a combination of reasons.
I think some of it was emigration.
I think some of it is more people choosing not to have children or not having children for whatever reasons.
And then what do you say to them if that's the, you know, as a leader?
Because now you have the predicament and it's a confusing one.
You need more people.

I'd like them to, but the reality is that I still need people before they do it the pleasurable way.
So while they have pleasure in doing it, we're going to need that.
I still need skills now.
And when you start to see the shortage of skills, then you begin to realize this is a real, real constraint on stability and growth.
I would love for you to help us get an insight into thinking about the world like a leader should versus how we think about the world as the passive participants of what's happening.
What you just said, we often read about, like everyone reads about it.
They go, oh, I was reading that there's not enough workers coming into this country.
There's not enough people.
You know, Japan is experiencing a decline, Germany, et cetera, et cetera.
When you're with world leaders or when you're working on these problems, is there a light that is shining in one direction?
Is it immigration?
