He could have just been given bad data. We don't know. He's not sharing anything. The NHS isn't sharing anything.

But all we know is that there's major inconsistencies and they they're not doing shit with it. And this is where we enter everyone's favorite mainstream media, the lovely British media, specifically outlets like the BBC.
