Well, I would say this. At a company that's growing that fast, every year is different. So it feels like a new company every few years. When I joined, there were 2,500 people. And so everybody knew everybody. We were all in the same building pretty much. And then, you know, within two or three years, they had a new headquarters and there was new work being done.

And the products were different and the markets were different. So it was an interesting job for the number of years I worked there.

At five and six years, people did like the demo. And seven years of tenure or so, they started to get itchy again and not like the demo. And we took that to mean that it wasn't us, but it was something about the cycle of three-year itch, seven-year itch. And at seven years, I got itchy and I stopped being a solution engineer.

And this is when I went into the whole demo field in it. So I basically changed jobs at seven years, even though it was within the same company, and moved to London, so I had a new place again. So it was, I think, at least for me, even though 15 years is a long time, it was an ever-changing job at an ever-changing company. So it made it a little bit easier.

It was.

So it was definitely a different time. But I think you develop closer camaraderies at a smaller company.

There were 10 of us on my team and we all worked elbow to elbow out of San Francisco. Later on, your teams distributed. By the end of my tenure there, I had 20 people on my team and I had met three of them. And the other 17, either through COVID or other reasons, I hadn't actually met in person before. They were all in different countries.

So the camaraderie, I think, is much closer when you're physically close with people, but also when the company is smaller. 100%.

So maybe you can take us there. What's the story with the name? I'm so glad you asked. So in every James Bond film, there's this scene, usually near the beginning, where James Bond meets this guy in like a tweed jacket. And that guy gives James Bond all the tools that he uses. He gives him the exploding pen and the watch with the laser beam and the car with the missiles.
