Oh, that depends. So I would say the tool that saved the most time, there were two. Both of them were developed by a gentleman named Tarandeep Singh. And one was called Demo Boost and one was called Demo Wizard. Demo Boost was a tool that when you created a new demo environment, there were a bunch of tasks you needed to do.

There were just things about the copying process of demo environments that you needed to do manually. And this tool would go through. When you first logged in, the screen would come up and say, we're doing these things for you now and we will email you when you're done. And then the screen would go away. And about 10 minutes later, you get an email and said, dispatch job was done.

And we estimated that thing was saving SEs two hours per demo, something like that, because we'd add up each task it was doing and then we'd just multiply. Of course. So that was a really big one. And then the second was Demo Wizard, which is things that required interaction. Things that maybe I don't want to do this.

And I think this is important to note. When you do automation, I think you should tell the people that you're automating things for what you've done for them. Because one, they're interested to know. SEs want to know what you're doing to the demo environment. But two, it just reminds them that you have their back.
