That's why we call it new thought, ageless wisdom.
It's nothing new.
The only thing that makes it new is when people begin to practice it.
And then it becomes new to them.
And if it's complicated, it's probably not truth because the truth is simple.
It's very simple.
If a person is bringing a whole lot of complications to it, it probably means they don't know it at the depth because when you know it at the depth, it's very, very simple.
What's difficult is practice and the consistency of practicing until I coined a word a number of years ago back in the 90s, and the word is blissipline.
What happens is your discipline then becomes a blissipline.
You actually love to practice.
You love to become still.
You love to pray affirmatively.
You love it.
It's not like, oh, I've got to do it.
I should do it.
Make yourself guilty because you didn't do it.
No, no, no.
You have a little bit of discipline every day.
