So the freeway system really chopped the city and isolated parts of it.
Yeah, far more than I can ever respond to.
I mean, I write at a pretty vigorous pace.
I'm going to do two books next year and so forth.
So
I constantly have to say I just don't have time to do it.
I also like to try to help people who aren't published yet look at some of their work, sometimes a whole book, but most often like a start of a book and give my thoughts to it.
But I always say I'm going to do this at my pace and you might not hear from me and then they think I've forgotten about them because I've taken so long.
But...
Yeah, I try to do what I can.
But going back to your initial part of your question is, yeah, I mean, you know, no one reads one book, especially in this genre.
So this is absolutely genuine.
There is zero competition among writers in the crime genre.
We just like to be together.
We're not thinking like, oh, if you buy his book, you're not going to buy mine.
That just doesn't enter into the equation.
I wish I could remember the name of a book.
