After I had retired, I was gone for about four years and I met Johnny and we had two kids and the pandemic hit.
And I think that was a time of self-reflection for a lot of us, right?
We were kind of stuck indoors.
There was less things going on.
It's just like, okay, I started asking myself, like, what do I want out of life?
And I kind of quickly came to the realization that I wasn't done with fighting.
I had fallen out of love with fighting.
I had a bitter taste in my mouth for fighting, but not so much because of fighting, but because I lacked the ability to show up in the ways that were good and healthy for me.
