And it's like,
feeling okay after that.
And then all of a sudden, boom, like I noticed that there's, and it's always like on these, it was like, okay, well maybe that's a time when you plan ahead.
You have the massage schedule during that time, you know, say, honey, like I'd like you to pick up the kids from school this day, or maybe he will offer if you're both communicating well.
And like, you kind of know that this trend is coming.
So then it's like, maybe we could actually look forward to it.
So many women dread the luteal phase because it sucks if you're trying to operate the
the same way you have been, with the same workload, with the same expectation, with the same management, with the same everything.
It gets much harder typically to do that in the luteal phase.
We can, but at what cost?
What do we do to our hormones?
And it's almost like you found with trying to do the same workouts and wondering why do I suck?
Exactly.
So it's like those really subtle changes, a little bit of awareness just goes a long way.
We're going to break, and then we'll talk about why Misha, after retiring, decided to un-retire and get back into the ring.
I inherited that fandom from my mom.
I like watching it with my dad.
It's a connecting force.
After I had retired, I was gone for about four years and I met Johnny and we had two kids and the pandemic hit.
And I think that was a time of self-reflection for a lot of us, right?
