When we operate against ourselves, you know, autoimmune is like just the body fighting the body.
The body not distinguishing self from self.
Like, it's like, oh, this is foreign, but it's you.
Well, like...
Isn't that kind of what we do when we force ourselves to live in a stressful environment?
It's like our body's saying, no, we want to say no, but we override it and we fight ourselves.
And so is that possible that we manifest that deep down into our body, our cellular level, where it's like some parts of us are saying yes, some parts are saying no.
And so all of a sudden there's a fight.
we know that stress is not good for autoimmune disease.
We know that.
It can trigger MS.
It can flare things.
You get a stressful event.
Your eczema pops up.
It's very clear that stress is not good for that.

I used to have it pretty chronically during that time in my life.
I would have it on my wrist and the top of my hand.
I have not had it since then.
