Okay, well, let's not get totally carried.
Okay, but revolution I don't really like.
And I'm with Thomas Aquinas on this.
I think that...
Bad leaders are sent to us to chastise us.
And, you know, I'm with St.
Paul.
Leadership is anointed by God.
And, as St.
Thomas says, there might be a role for revolution, but it has to be carried out in an orderly way, not these anarcho-terrorists.
Well, I was just coming to that.
Because the American Revolution was different from the French Revolution.
The French Revolution was a bunch of complete lunatics, you know, destroying society, lopping off people's heads, taking over cathedrals and statues.
And the American Revolution...
was a little different.
It wasn't upending the society.
It was, in the understanding of Edmund Burke, Parliament, you know, Member of Parliament at the time in the UK, it was the Americans asserting their rights as Englishmen.
And it was really conducted in a way that seems to be more in accord with the Christian understanding, with Thomas Aquinas,
It was through subsidiarity.
It was elites who were really running it.
