But I will say that the feelings, at least in my perception of that or the. The culture shifted as I was getting out and I feel like it probably continued to shift more on placing an emphasis on mental health. I don't remember it being really discussed openly when I was around my early 20s. There might have been a negative stigma associated with that which might have caused it.
