I work full time as a loan officer, so I do have background in real estate and understanding that side of things.
What he does is more focused on property management and renovations, so there would definitely be a learning curve.
but I do have a little bit of a grasp on it since I've helped out when I've had time.
At the same time, I genuinely love the career I've built and would hate to give that up.
But I'd also hate to see a business we both sacrificed so much for just fall apart.
I would feel like the whiplash of it.
And maybe with that comes resentment because then you're like, what did I just put myself through all this for?
And you're asking me to do it again.
