I do believe that our minds are more malleable.
I wish I didn't, but I do believe groupthink is far more malleable than any of us would like to think.
And I know that's a little depressing, but I think it's true.
Which has always been the case with any industry.
Do you think, like in many ways I look at that and I'm like, this is again to your term, Michelle, fuel on the fire.
It's kind of amplifying something that already existed, which is to say when Eliza McLam wrote, I look at my friends in the bar and I wish it was them.
It's like, well, the music industry has always had to pick and choose who they're going to amplify.
In the Vulture piece, Joe Lim, who we opened this episode by talking about from Flatify, said everyone is doing this now.
I imagine that's an incredibly difficult thing in the music industry.
Yeah, I completely agree with you.
I mean, someone could argue that because we don't have the creator fund here that other people could think that that's a way for them to make money on TikTok with the creator fund if they're particularly good at grabbing bitey call her daddy clips or whatever.
But it feels more far-fetched now that I know this exists.
I don't think any of us can ever be sure with this.
That's why we haven't been able to nail it down this entire time and didn't know about it
