I said, I knew he was up there all along.

I said, I knew it.

And he was there like, what?

And I turned around and I said, there's a body after being found above, behind Mary Lowry's.

I knew it all along.

I said, he never came out of there.

It was, it was a sense of relief that it had conformed to us because a lot of people led us to believe that Daddy might have up sticks and left you, you know.

We knew that wasn't true, but it was just a confirmation for us that something bad did happen, Daddy, that kept him away from us.

He'd never, never do it.

And yet again, it was a confirmation of the father that he was.

We knew that he would never just pack up, leave us in disarray like that, pull the rug from underneath us and leave us, what, carry on our lives as if, oh, I don't care about them.

We knew that was never the case.

And it was a sense of relief to get him back, to give him a resting ground.

But for us...

I suppose in a way, it wasn't closure.

It was the start of a new torment for us.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

It was kind of surreal.

We went in and there was normal practice, apparently, for all of this to be going on.
