Well, from what I've learned, you have to show remorse, you have to admit to your crime in order to be rehabilitated out into your normal everyday living.

Well, I have it to date from, let's say, today's date in 2026, that that man is still proclaiming his innocence.

And if he's still proclaiming his innocence, why isn't he talking?

Because I know that I wouldn't serve a life sentence if I was wrongly accused of doing something.

So he's happily enough sitting inside that prison, but he's still proclaiming his innocence.

I fully intend on contesting it, yeah, on the grounds that he has shown no remorse for his actions.

Oh, that he was... Look, there's not much that I can say that will say people haven't already drawn their own picture about him, but he wasn't just my father.

He was my best friend, you know.

He really and truly set the bar high for us in life.

I'd be always saying that to my partner.

I'd say, oh, my father set the bar too high.

You know, that kind of thing, but...

He was well in every way.

And I've described him as that in the past.

He was my best friend.

There was nothing I was afraid to do inside in this life because I always knew that I had the backing of him.

You know, like we'd say, even when I was going to open my own business, he'd be there saying, go on, Shelly.

Shelly, go on, do it.

What's the worst that can happen?
