for me reinventing myself was finding out what am I passionate about that I'm also exceptional at?

I think as humans, we don't give ourselves enough credit for being really damn good at some things that we do.

If you can zero in on those things that you do really well,

you can impact other people's lives.

And for me, that's what it became for me, was how do I impact others with culture and high-performing teams?

And teams could be in the corporate world.

Teams could be in the athletic world.

Team could be, hey, I'm a solopreneur trying to get to that next level.

That's what really my passion was.

And so that led me to, why did I start the podcast?

It wasn't to start a podcast.

What I wanted to do was talk more about what I call my because, right?

That promise that I made my mom to go deeper than your why.

Because to me, that was why my teams outperformed others.

That was why my culture was what it was, because we were centered around our because.
