I didn't have to answer phone calls.

My job was to paint the vision and build the culture.

But I found out I loved that.

And so then after I sold my insurance agency, I went to head up another company that I inherited.

And I immediately changed the culture and built high-performing teams.

And we doubled our revenue in four years.

And at that moment, I said, this is what I'm supposed to do.

And so I started consulting and coaching and all the other things.

But it really was...

for me reinventing myself was finding out what am I passionate about that I'm also exceptional at?

I think as humans, we don't give ourselves enough credit for being really damn good at some things that we do.

If you can zero in on those things that you do really well,

you can impact other people's lives.

And for me, that's what it became for me, was how do I impact others with culture and high-performing teams?

And teams could be in the corporate world.

Teams could be in the athletic world.

Team could be, hey, I'm a solopreneur trying to get to that next level.

That's what really my passion was.

And so that led me to, why did I start the podcast?

It wasn't to start a podcast.
