Mick here to cheer you up by talking about emotions on Pompey Sound because I'm an emotional declaimer, I've decided.

I like to declaim emotionally.

It's not for everyone.

Some people will run away from emotion like it's kryptonite.

They see it as a weakness.

It gives away too much, perhaps.

Well, I welcome emotion, unless it gets just too dark for comfort.

And anyway, I'm not sure we control these things ourselves.

It's just how we are individually.

I get emotional about Pompey and my ramblings on our fortunes have become a bit dark in the last few games because we've lost them and things aren't going well, are they?

But I've decided it's too early to see our team as a relegated one.
