So that's one of the laws of thermodynamics that you have to assume that everything is a closed system.

Now,

That's not actually true.

Nothing is a closed system.

Like even the ecosystem on the earth is not a closed system, though the Jacques Cousteauians and the ecologists would like to believe it is because it's clearly being driven by forces that are outside of the closed system, right?

It's outside of the earth.

So you have the sun coming down.

Oh, there we go.

Well, they usually are... So they don't actually... It's not 200 million, eh?

He wants to... Okay, when Cathay... Okay, so what does he think the homeostasis would be?

1.3 billion over a decade killed?

Or what does he think is the normal quantity that should be allowed to exist based on that calculation?

That's a derivative of an idea of what you think the normal should be, right?

Yeah.

So part of the idea of the ecosystem that he would have problems with is the idea that it is actually old.

It's being shaped by, like I mentioned, the sun, but you've got cosmic radiation, you've got solar flares, you got effects from other star systems.

You've got the balance of all of the planets in our solar system.

Right.

which is influencing the phenomenon of what's going on in the earth in terms of like even earthquakes, different things that are going on with the ionosphere, which allows in, depending on the pulsation of the ionosphere, the weakness or the strength of it will allow in greater or lesser degrees of cosmic radiation.
