You didn't change anything because you were using a lot of the things that you had talked to the corporate and civilian world about for years.

I changed a lot of my protocols and the way I communicated.

Like I'm about to go to a ranch group in Alabama.

and talk to a 50 to 100 ranchers on some processes.

And this happens to be course of action development, contingency based planning.

But that idea of leadership not being easily translatable and creating a framework is what I think this book is.

It's you have the framework.
