There's no pending criminal cases.

There is litigation that's civil.

Lawsuits are civil.

There are custody cases that I'm involved in fighting for the custody of my children.

And the whole thing is really ugly because it involves kids.

And that's what breaks my heart over it.

This idea that's been, I think it was for a period of time,

People jumped on the bandwagon because it was very popular to do.
