Further good news.

Wool, which has been one of the beleaguered stories of the New Zealand economy for many years now, is back and back with alacrity.

North Island wool this week, highest price in over three decades.

In over 30 years.

This is an auction in Napier.

It's Romney, 607 a kilo.

It doesn't matter whether this means anything to you.

All I'm telling you is we're selling everything at the moment for good money and lots of it.

In fact, earlier in Christchurch, earlier on in the month, we were at a 15-year high.

For wool, it was up at $6.80, as high as $6.80.

The really good stuff went through $7.

So I don't know there's anyone growing anything that isn't doing nicely at the moment.

Trump's apparently just said there's no deadline.

So the 60 days isn't 60 days.

Mind you, the 60 days was never going to be 60 days.

I mean, the last what was the last deal, 15 months or 18 months or whatever it was.

No one's going back to war.

It's over.
