That's almost the definition of average.

They're right in the middle of the league.

And they never got it going.

The last five games, they played well.

But the previous 75, they were the picture of inconsistency.

And I think Connor has earned the right with his tenure.

And the fact that once again, he led the league in scoring, that he can say that.

He can say we weren't good.

And I love the phrase, average team, high expectations.

You're always going to be disappointed.

And that's what he was.

And he was just screaming off of them.

Now, injuries, of course, are part of it.

I think probably fatigue and the cumulative total the last several years were probably part of it.

But also, the team wasn't that good.

They could not figure out a defensive system.
